How Do I Contact Support?

There are several ways to reach our support team:

Email

Send an email to support@bidslammer.com and we will respond within 24 hours (usually much sooner during business hours).

Support Form

Use our Support Form to submit a ticket. You'll receive a confirmation email and can track your ticket status.

Business Hours

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time. We also monitor tickets on weekends for urgent issues.

Before Contacting Support

1. Check the Help Center for answers to common questions
2. Review your Completed Snipes tab for snipe status details
3. Click the log icon next to any snipe to see detailed execution logs
