Because we place multiple snipes for every item, the odds are well above 99.9% that we placed your bid. It is almost always an account-related issue. Newer eBay accounts sometimes experience issues because eBay limits the number of items you can bid on until you complete authorization steps, so make sure that you have set up 2-factor verification at eBay and done the phone verification.

Yes. Your computer can be shut down. Our sniping systems bid independently of anything that you do on your computer or mobile devices.

Q: Can I snipe Buy-It-Now listings?

Yes, as long as you bid lower than the listed price . This will convert the Buy-It-Now into an auction, unless the reserve isn't met. So you could place a small bid yourself as soon as the item is listed, which will prevent someone from buying it outright. Also, please note that if you set your snipe at a price that is OVER the listed price, eBay will reject the bid.

How do I stop recurring payments / cancel my subscription?

If you paid with a credit card, your subscription is not recurring. If you paid with PayPal, if you cancel or stop your recurring subscription, you can still use the service until your term expires. To cancel recurring payments: 1. Log into PayPal. 2. In your list of transactions, click on the payment you made to BidSlammer. 3. Click "View Recurring Payment Details." 4. Where it says, "Status: Active," click "Active" and change it to "Cancel." After these steps, you will be able to continue to have premium service until your term expires.

BidSlammer says I won, but eBay says I lost.

eBay is correct. Please submit a ticket below. We will update the status of the snipe for you. This is a small bug we are eBay returns “Success“ whenever someone did the exact same amount as the starting price, but they are the second bidder. This causes our system to report a false win.

1. Log out of PayPal.

Why isn’t the “Import Watch List” feature working?

The “Import Watch List“ button is on the “Watching“ tab on your BidSlammer dashboard. If this is not working, you need to Refresh your authorization, even if your Preferences page says it is current. The auth either expired or you revoked it manually at My eBay without realizing it.
