I cannot log in!
If you used the mail-password feature already,
and are still having trouble, this is definitely browser-related. The
problem is solvable.
If you are having problems logging in:
Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 6.0
or greater. Check which version you have by clicking (H)elp->(A)bout
on your browser.
Check the time on your PC. On a rare
occasion, a user finds their PC clock to be set wrong. This might force
your login cookie to expire as soon as we create it. So, make sure the
PC time is set correctly.
Try changing the security setting on
your browser. If you go to (T)ools -> (I)nternet options ->Security,
you can change your security setting. Just lower it one notch so that
you can accept cookies from our site.
Try deleting your cookies. When troubleshooting
any problems with your account, sometimes the problem might be that we
need to refresh your "login cookie" on your computer. Most websites
use cookies to store a login cookie on your computer. This is so that
we know who you are during your visit.
Deleting cookies is safe. Your other
programs an applications will not be affected, except you might have to
log in again to some websites.
